About This Job

Job Responsibilities:

•

Lead 1–3 key client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring sustained YoY growth

•

Own and drive the Value Creed (VC) Account Plan and client strategy, delivering on revenue, satisfaction, and growth metrics

•

Develop and maintain deep client relationships, including a multi-year vision and execution roadmap

•

Build trusted partnerships with CXOs and senior stakeholders beyond IT, including through thought leadership, marketing initiatives, and strategic engagements

•

Shape high-value proposals and negotiate client agreements that drive mutual success

•

Meet and exceed quarterly and annual booking targets; ensure financial goals and delivery expectations are aligned

•

Collaborate with VC delivery teams to ensure excellence in project execution and client satisfaction

•

Accurately manage opportunities in the CRM pipeline for visibility, forecasting, and cross-selling

•

Maintain strong knowledge of VC’s go-to-market offerings, solutions, and industry trends

•

Promote cross-selling across VC’s services, solutions, and horizontal capabilities

•

Contribute to internal initiatives, best practices, and the broader VC Growth Community

What will put you ahead

•

8+ years of experience in energy and/or professional services

•

Proven experience managing client delivery engagements

•

Strong understanding of the energy industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities

•

Ability to engage and build partnerships with C-level executives as a strategic, trusted advisor

•

Deep understanding of client culture, organizational structure, and decision-making processes

•

Consultative mindset with the ability to discern business needs and shape effective solutions

•

Strong communication and influence skills to navigate complex organizations

•

Experience organizing and facilitating client and internal team workshops

•

Ability to manage and inspire cross-functional global teams, driving results and change

•

Understanding of software delivery processes to align with internal VC teams and client stakeholders

•

Passion for leadership, people development, and making a positive societal impact

•

High learning agility, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement
