Public Engagement Manager

. Based at our Rossdale Water Treatment Plant in Edmonton, this role is part of the Communications & Public Engagement team.

EPCOR is seeking a strategic and experienced Public Engagement Manager to lead the development and execution of engagement strategies across a diverse portfolio of projects.

From project initiation through to completion, this role plays a critical part in ensuring that engagement programs meet regulatory standards, align with stakeholder expectations, and support project goals. With many initiatives spanning over a year, the Manager will need to apply sound judgment, critical thinking, and smart resourcing strategies to navigate complex challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Success in this role requires deep expertise in public engagement practices and the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders—including customers, government representatives, and regulatory bodies. The Manager will also champion process improvements and ensure alignment with EPCOR’s broader external communications goals. is responsible for supporting the growth and performance of a team of four direct reports. They work in close partnership with the

Public Engagement

Senior Manager

and operate within the strategic direction and parameters established by that role.
