Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a high-performing Systems Specialist to join our growing team. In this dynamic, client-facing role, you will lead and support energy monitoring system installations while delivering our cutting-edge Energy Data-as-a-Service to a specialized client base across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, and Colorado.

This position is ideal for someone with a background in electrical project management with electrical install experience, who is passionate about energy efficiency and exceptional client service. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinate technical installations, and leverage our proprietary software to help schools, commercial, and industrial facilities optimize their energy usage.

Goals

- Oversee New Client Installations

Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation of electrical and network systems for new clients, ensuring timely and successful deployments.

- Deliver Expert Customer Support

Provide high-level support in electrical energy optimization strategies, focusing on the unique needs of K–12 schools, industrial facilities, and commercial clients.

- Collaborate for Team Success

Actively contribute to a positive, results-driven team culture by sharing knowledge, solving problems collaboratively, and supporting continuous improvement.

- Leverage Data for Energy Savings

Utilize proprietary software tools to analyze client data and identify actionable opportunities for energy efficiency and cost savings.

- Own Your Schedule

After initial training, take ownership of your calendar to meet client needs while maximizing your productivity and autonomy.

- Be the Client’s Advocate

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships as the primary point of contact for client success, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven success as an Electrical Project Manager, preferably in commercial or industrial environments.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial and industrial electrical systems, including project workflows, safety standards, and installation best practices. Currently hold a Journeyman or Masters Electrical License.

- Training & Industry Background: We provide comprehensive training in both our energy product offerings and client service approach.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities with a demonstrated capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from field teams to executive leadership.

- Travel Requirements: Must be willing and able to travel nationally to support and oversee client installations. Occasional overnight travel is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
