At LCRA, we are seeking a driven and detail-orientated individual for our Energy Services Mechanic position! This is an opportunity to join the mechanical maintenance team at the Smithville Rail Fleet Maintenance Facility. Responsibilities include the upkeep, inspection and repair on all railcars owned by LCRA. This position highlights the significance of expertise and hands-on experience in the field, offering continuous opportunities for skill development. You will be trusted to:

- Contain expertise of an energy services environment

- Weld and use power tools

- Troubleshoot mechanical equipment

- Repair of rotary gondola coal cars

You qualify with:

- Two or more years of experience in maintenance and/or repair of mechanical equipment or other relevant experience.

- A degree(s) in mechanical or industrial maintenance, instrumentation, controls or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.

You are a great fit with:
