What You’ll Do

•

Educate customers on how Arbor lowers electricity supply costs.

•

Engage potential clients via outbound calls, door-to-door canvassing, or webinars.

•

Guide prospects through our simple 2-minute signup and “Autopilot” monitoring system .

•

Assist customers in connecting their utility accounts securely.

•

Support customers during plan switch and monitor outcomes to ensure savings.

•

Meet or exceed monthly customer acquisition and savings goals.

What We’re Looking For

•

Strong communication and persuasion abilities.

•

Experience in sales, customer service, or related roles (energy, SaaS, renewables a plus).

•

Self-driven, goal-oriented with comfort working independently.

•

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

•

Comfortable working remotely and/or in field settings.

•

Reliable transportation for in-person activities (if applicable).

Qualifications

•

Prior sales or customer-facing experience.

•

Self-motivated, with strong follow-through.

•

Tech-savvy—comfortable guiding clients through app-based onboarding.

•

High integrity, professionalism, and customer empathy.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

•

Valid driver’s license if field activity is required.
