Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to spearhead revenue growth and strategic client acquisition for our turnkey services, including structural engineering, inspections, field services (with expertise in rope access), and structural steel manufacturing. This role focuses on building client relationships across the Gulf of Mexico oil, gas, and renewable markets, while implementing strategies that position the company as a comprehensive one-stop shop.

Responsibilities:

•

Strategy Execution

: Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market share for turnkey services, including offshore and onshore operations.

•

Client Engagement

Build and maintain relationships with oil companies, EPC firms, shipyards, wind / solar and offshore drilling companies seeking integrated services.

•

CRM Program

: Develop and manage a CRM program to track client interactions, drive engagement, and maintain a streamlined sales pipeline.

•

Market Insights

: Conduct in-depth research on client needs in offshore drilling, offshore structures, asset integrity management, and steel fabrication for oil and gas projects.

•

Proposal Development

: Craft tailored proposals highlighting the company’s capabilities in engineering, inspections, manufacturing, and field services, including rope access.

•

Compliance and Standards

: Ensure service offerings align with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including API and ISO certifications.

•

Turnkey Solution Promotion

: Highlight the cost and time efficiencies of engaging with a single provider for engineering, inspections, manufacturing, and field service needs.

•

Event Representation

: Represent the company at industry conferences, positioning the company as the go-to provider of turnkey solutions for complex projects.

•

Collaboration with Operations

: Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and inspection teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery.

Qualifications:

•

Proven track record in business development or sales within structural engineering, inspections, and/or steel manufacturing.

•

Strong understanding of offshore operations, global oil & gas markets, and offshore drilling company needs.

•

Familiarity with inspection services, including rope access, as well as asset integrity and structural analysis.

•

Experience with structural steel fabrication processes for oil and gas applications.

•

Expertise in implementing and managing CRM systems to optimize client relationships and streamline sales processes.

•

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building trust through turnkey service offerings.

•

Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., API, ISO) and regulatory requirements for offshore, onshore, shipyard, plant, and refinery operations.

•

Bonus if Engineering background.

•

Willingness to travel domestically.
