Energy Sales Account Manager - structural engineering, inspections, and steel manufacturing
Gulf Coast Region (Houston-based candidates are preferred, remote work flexibility may be available depending on experience and ability to drive business growth effectively).
We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to spearhead revenue growth and strategic client acquisition for our turnkey services, including structural engineering, inspections, field services (with expertise in rope access), and structural steel manufacturing. This role focuses on building client relationships across the Gulf of Mexico oil, gas, and renewable markets, while implementing strategies that position the company as a comprehensive one-stop shop.
: Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market share for turnkey services, including offshore and onshore operations.

Build and maintain relationships with oil companies, EPC firms, shipyards, wind / solar and offshore drilling companies seeking integrated services.
: Develop and manage a CRM program to track client interactions, drive engagement, and maintain a streamlined sales pipeline.
: Conduct in-depth research on client needs in offshore drilling, offshore structures, asset integrity management, and steel fabrication for oil and gas projects.
: Craft tailored proposals highlighting the company’s capabilities in engineering, inspections, manufacturing, and field services, including rope access.
: Ensure service offerings align with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including API and ISO certifications.
: Highlight the cost and time efficiencies of engaging with a single provider for engineering, inspections, manufacturing, and field service needs.
: Represent the company at industry conferences, positioning the company as the go-to provider of turnkey solutions for complex projects.
: Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and inspection teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery.
