- Performance-based compensation – top reps average $1,200–$3,000+/week
- Provide full training (sales training, energy management training, technical training)
- Weekly incentives and bonuses

- Speak with homeowners about the benefits of switching to net-zero upgrades.
- Follow up with warm leads and build your referral network
- Conduct sales calls, online and in-person presentations, and prepare proposals
- Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline
- Collaborate with our support team to ensure excellent customer service
- Strive toward team and individual goals
- Cold call and warm call daily.
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with people
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel for in-home appointments and office days
