Location: [Las Vegas , Nevada and Surrounding Areas ] Compensation: Uncapped Commission – Top Reps Earn $100K+ Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Join one of the fastest-growing industries in the country! As an Outside Solar Canvasser, you’ll go door-to-door in local neighborhoods, educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and setting appointments for our closing team. No selling required — just conversations.

What We Offer:

- 30% Commission Split on every closed deal with Sit Pay based on Performance paid out on a Monday thru Sunday basis. Paid following Wednesday. - Uncapped earnings – Top Setters average $1,000–$2,000+/week based on Sits and up to 60,000 a month.

- Bonuses for performance (weekly/monthly)

- Flexible hours – Create your own schedule - must work a minimum 20-40 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

- Canvass neighborhoods and engage homeowners in conversation

- Set qualified solar appointments with interested prospects

- Educate customers on solar savings and benefits

- Track leads and follow up using provided CRM tools

- Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

- Comfortable walking and talking outdoors daily

- Reliable transportation

- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
