Job Description

Please note: qualified applicantsmustlive within California, with a significant preference for Central CA (Bay Area/Fresno) for regular client travel

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Energy Efficiency Program Specialist!

You will support SEM programs for one or multiple clients that help industrial and/or commercial program participants apply the principles of continuous improvement to energy management.

- Interface with customers to collect data, schedule meetings, and events, and other coordination

- Project reporting, budgeting, and tracking for multiple programs

- Report reviewing, editing, and occasional writing

- Assist in program material development, review, and editing

- Maintain communications and data sharing systems between clients, customers, and internal team

- Event planning and coordination

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

- Minimum 1 year of project coordination/management experience in a professional environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
