Established in 2014, EEtility is a fast-growing B corporation headquartered in Overland Park KS with satellite offices in Missouri and Mississippi. EEtility is an energy efficiency program operator that works with member owned, municipally owned, and investor-owned utilities to provide inclusive and equitable energy efficient upgrades to utilities’ customers. EEtility is a premier implementer of tariffed on-bill programs and inclusive financing, more specifically, the PAY AS You Save (PAYS®) system which we currently operate in 7 states.

· Conduct energy efficiency data collection tasks in participant homes; interact with participants. Travel to and from three pre-scheduled appointments daily using a company provided vehicle.
· Assess HVAC systems and insulation levels; required to enter attics, basements, and crawl spaces
· Conduct blower door testing, combustion safety testing, and HVAC duct testing
· Install energy efficient light bulbs and water-efficient devices
· Collect, track, photograph and submit all data into multiple platforms
· Interact with participants and represent EEtility and the program in a professional manner
· Communicate internally and externally through all phase of the data collection visit as needed
· Perform regular vehicle safety inspections and ensure regular maintenance is conducted
· Must have high School diploma or GED
· Must have a valid driver’s license with no major driving violation (i.e. DUI/DWI, reckless driving)
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check
· Must be experienced and comfortable utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
· Experience in blower door and HVAC duct testing procedures (preferred)
· Experience with energy efficiency and weatherization residential upgrades (preferred)
· Two years of energy efficiency and weatherization related experience (preferred)
· Strong communication and customer service skills required
· Able to work and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment required
· Required to climb ladders, maneuver in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
· Able to lift up to 40 pounds
· Employee will be exposed to dust, debris, fumes, bugs and/or airborne particles (crawl spaces, basements and attics); must be able and willing to work in such an environment as a part of data collection duties (with appropriate PPE)
· This position travels within assigned area 95% of the time
· This position is subject to random drug screening test
Job Type: Full-time/40 hours per week/four 10 hr. days per week
Days worked: Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday
