Electrician – Solar (Office & Field Role)

Helios Solar is a fast-growing residential solar company dedicated to delivering clean energy and high-quality service to our customers. We’re currently hiring a reliable and knowledgeable Electrician to support our install operations both in the office and in the field.

Position Overview:

This is a dual-role position ideal for an electrician who wants variety in their day-to-day. You’ll support the operations team in the office with technical guidance and assist with planning solar installations. You’ll also travel to job sites for post-installation inspections and minor electrical corrections as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform post-installation electrical inspections at residential job sites

- Identify and correct minor electrical issues in the field

- Advise the project management team on electrical code requirements

- Assist in reviewing installation plans for code compliance and feasibility

- Serve as an internal resource for electrical-related questions and concerns

Qualifications:

- Experience as a residential or commercial electrician

- Strong understanding of township and NEC electrical codes

- Ability to communicate clearly with both office staff and field crews

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Comfortable splitting time between the office and job sites

Compensation & Benefits:

- Starting Salary: $60,000

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
