Solar Electrician Helper

We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Solar Electrician Helper to join our Installation team.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

- Assist solar electricians with wiring, conduit runs, and panel terminations

- Pull wire, label circuits, and support inverter and disconnect installations

- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe

- Traveling to customer locations across the New York City metropolitan area

- Follow instructions from foreman supervisors

- Help with system testing and troubleshooting

- Maintain safety standards and use proper PPE at all times

Qualifications:

- Basic understanding of electrical tools and safety practices

- Previous construction, solar, or electrical experience preferred but not required

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on rooftops or ladders

- Willingness to learn and take direction

- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation a plus

- OSHA 10 certification is a plus

Qualifications:

Compensation:

- $150.00 per workday or $8.00 per installed panel, whichever is the higher amount per day
