Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various construction sites and facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all electrical work complies with safety standards and industry codes, including the National Electrical Code (NEC). Responsibilities

- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems in industrial and commercial settings using hand tools and power tools

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to accurately execute wiring layouts and system configurations

- Conduct inspections of electrical components using tools such as ohmmeters, ammeters, and multimeters to ensure proper functionality

- Work safely on construction sites, adhering to all safety protocols related to high voltage and low voltage systems

- Collaborate with construction teams, including frame carpentry crews, to coordinate electrical installations within building frameworks

- Diagnose electrical issues by testing circuits and components, then implement effective solutions promptly

- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including inspection reports, repair logs, and compliance documentation

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an electrician in industrial or commercial environments with a strong understanding of electrical systems

- Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

- Proficiency with hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, along with power tools used in electrical installations

- Knowledge of NEC standards, high voltage and low voltage systems, and safety procedures on construction sites

- Ability to work effectively with testing equipment like ohmmeters and ammeters for troubleshooting purposes

- Construction site experience with a focus on safety practices related to electrical work

- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and interpreting technical instructions
