Electrician Apprentice

Bay Line Construction, LLC is seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Electrician Apprentice to join our growing team to join an electrical crew in utility construction projects across DE, MD, and VA. This position offers hands-on training and mentorship under experienced electricians. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, dependable, and passionate about working in the utility construction industry.

Bay Line Construction, LLC is a full-service electrical contractor specializing in utility infrastructure, including overhead and underground distribution, transmission, substation, lighting, and industrial/commercial services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist journeymen and foremen in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.

· Learn to interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and specifications

· Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

· Maintain accurate records of crew hours, job progress, and material usage

· Support the crew in preparing job sites and cleaning up after projects

· Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

· Reregister Apprentice in DE

· Some experience in commercial and/or industrial work

· Able to run jobs with little supervision

· Willing to learn and grow with the company

· A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
