Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Warehouse Manager to oversee our shop and field operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical tools, equipment and warehouse management, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory control. This role requires a proactive leader who can implement process improvements and enhance overall warehouse productivity.

Duties

•

Manage daily electrical operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.

•

Oversee inventory management to ensure accuracy and availability of stock.

•

Implement lean methodologies to streamline processes and reduce waste.

•

Coordinate transportation planning to optimize delivery schedules and routes.

•

Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and managing orders.

•

Coordinate with field and shop operations to keep all sites running and with all necessary tools to complete the jobs.

•

Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.

•

Collaborate with other departments to improve supply chain efficiency.

Skills

•

Proven experience in electrical tools and equipment.

•

Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles and practices.

•

Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and inventory management techniques.

•

Experience with transportation planning and logistics coordination.

•

Proficient in using Microsoft office.

•

Demonstrated ability to implement process improvement initiatives effectively.

•

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

•

Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
