U.S. Energy Solutions is seeking to hire an Electrical Operations Manager responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating all activities related to the operation, construction, and maintenance of our electrical products and services. This includes overseeing teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets, and supporting system reliability and safety.
· Develop and implement work plans, goals, policies, and procedures for operations.
· Supervise, train, and develop staff, ensuring compliance with safety codes and company policies.
· Manage budgets and inventory of materials and equipment.
· Respond to emergencies, and oversee efforts to remedy them.
· Review and evaluate work products, methods, and procedures for quality and efficiency.
· Prepare reports, cost estimates, and documentation for senior management.
· Certification or degree in electrical field, or equivalent experience.
· Extensive experience in residential electrical installations and service with several years in a supervisory role.
· Proficiency in relevant computer software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets)
