Position Summary:
The Residential Construction Coordinator is a key operations role responsible for coordinating and scheduling Deltron Electric’s residential new construction jobs. This individual ensures all projects are scheduled efficiently, materials are ordered accurately, and builder relationships are managed professionally. Additionally, the role supports safety compliance and ensures that field work aligns with NEC code standards and Deltron’s internal quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and update all residential job schedules using Deltron’s internal database
•Coordinate material orders and confirm delivery prior to job execution
•Communicate daily with home builder superintendents to ensure project alignment
•Track job progress and report updates to project management and field supervisors
•Assist with quality control by reviewing field photos and technician updates for NEC compliance
•Flag and help resolve failed inspections, material discrepancies, or safety concerns
•Support the enforcement of Deltron’s safety standards and job site protocols
•Monitor jobsite readiness and assist with proactive scheduling adjustments to avoid delays
•Collaborate with warehouse and field leaders to ensure labor and material resources match project timelines
Qualifications:
•2–5 years’ experience in construction coordination, scheduling, or electrical operations or electrical operations
•Familiarity with NEC residential electrical code and job site safety best practices
•Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
•Comfortable using project management software, Excel, and scheduling tools
•Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
•Experience working with or for residential home builders is a strong plus
Compensation Range:
•Base Salary: $45,000 – $65,000 (based on experience and technical knowledge)
•Bonus Opportunity: tied to schedule performance, inspection pass rate, and safety compliance
