The Electrical Designer
is responsible for leading the development of complete electrical design packages including schematics, layouts, and bills of materials that meet manufacturing, regulatory, and client requirements. This role requires advanced technical knowledge of low- and medium-voltage electrical control equipment, as well as the ability to collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and client teams. As a senior member of the Engineering team, this individual will also provide mentorship, technical guidance, and design leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What You'll D
- o:Develop and deliver complete electrical design packages (schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, and BOMs) for low- and medium-voltage control equipmen
- t.Ensure designs comply with applicable standards (IEEE, ANSI, NEMA, UL) as well as client specification

- e.Partner with estimators to provide design input on job size, configurations, and feasibility to support accurate project quote
- s.Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to research materials, evaluate new technologies, and develop design symbol
- s.Provide technical support during production and client witness testing; troubleshoot wiring and control issues when neede
- d.Mentor junior designers and engineers, supporting the department’s continuous improvement of design standards, tools, and processe
