We’re looking for an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager who is passionate about creating a safe workplace, protecting our environment, and ensuring our team members go home healthy every day. - Drive compliance across all environmental programs (SPCC, RCRA, CWA, CAA, POTW, EPCRA, TCEQ).
- Lead spill response investigations and manage chemical inventories with precision and care.
- Oversee waste management at both large and small quantity generator facilities—coordinating shipments, inspections, and reporting with state DEQ and TSDFs.
- Ensure air, water, and stormwater permits are in compliance at both Texas and Oklahoma sites.
- Partner with the Corporate Environmental Manager on air permitting and emissions reporting for multiple states.
- Deliver engaging environmental training for new hires and ongoing monthly sessions.
- Manage state and federal reporting (TRI, biennial RCRA, ASCER, P2, and more) to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Support our quality manager with the radiation safety management program.
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement improvements that keep our people healthy at work.
- Address workplace health concerns and lead industrial hygiene testing when hazards are identified.
- Lead all aspects of our plant safety program, from onboarding orientation to ongoing training.
- Build a proactive safety culture by managing our Behavioral Based Safety Program (Stop/GOs, observations, toolbox talks).
- Facilitate monthly safety committee meetings, empowering team members to identify risks and recommend solutions.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain OSHA recordkeeping, safety audits, and compliance reporting to regulatory agencies.
- Partner with Corporate Safety on key issues including OSHA inspections, recordables, and emergency situations.
- Conduct regular facility inspections, ensuring hazards are addressed before they become issues.
- Support employees directly with first aid response and coordination of medical care when needed.
- Lead Job Hazard Analysis for new processes, equipment, and contractor work to keep risk at a minimum.- Education/Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health, & Safety or related field (preferred) plus 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Equivalent experience also considered.
- Certifications : CSP, ASP, CHMM, CIH or similar credentials are highly desired.

- Comfortable working independently as well as leading teams and projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly adapt to EHS software.
- Motivated, personable, flexible, and eager to grow through continuous learning.
- Bonus : Prior experience working with ODEQ, EPA, OSHA, or local government agencies.
