EDI Developer (x12)

Due to expansion in our development team, American Power & Gas is seeking an EDI Developer (x12).

American Power & Gas offers green solutions to both residential and small commercial energy customers. We are one of the oldest and most reputable companies of its kind in our industry and the largest company of our kind in the Tampa bay area with over 100,000 customers and a 30,000 square foot facility.

The EDI Developer will have a strong understanding of EDI & SQL and familiarity with programming/debugging stored procedures used in both data management and UI applications.

DESIRED SKILLS:

- Skilled with EDI Data in SQL Reporting Environments

- Strong knowledge of x12

- Able to Develop and maintain EDI inbound & outbound data feeds

- Strong familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 — 2019

- Dynamic SQL preferred

- Strong knowledge of SQL server relational database modeling best practices preferred

- Strong knowledge of SQL server system tables, procedures, and tools preferred

- Strong Microsoft Visual Studio (SSIS) experience preferred

- C# or entity framework experience is a plus but not required

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

2-5 years’ SQL Server development with complex data models and stored procedures.
