Accurate Staging Inc. is a leading entertainment production company specializing in high-end staging, truss installations, and event logistics. With locations in Los Angeles, Nashville, and Atlanta, we support some of the most exciting productions across the country—from music festivals and concerts to corporate and televised events.

We’re currently seeking a reliable and motivated Driver/Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being punctual, organized, and hardworking, this is the job for you!

Driving Duties:

•

Safely operate company vehicles (such as 16’-26’ box trucks or flatbeds) to transport equipment to and from job sites and warehouses

•

Load and unload staging and rigging equipment at event sites and company facilities

•

Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs

•

Follow proper safety and traffic protocols at all times

Warehouse Duties:

•

Assist in organizing, loading, unloading, and inventorying staging and truss equipment

•

Pull and prep gear for upcoming projects according to job orders

•

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the warehouse

•

Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of equipment

Skills

•

Experience as a yard jockey or in freight handling is highly desirable.

•

Familiarity with school bus driving or similar vehicle operation is a plus.

•

Proficient in using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.

•

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

•

Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.

•

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

Qualifications:

•

Valid driver’s license (Class C required, Class B preferred but not required)

•

Clean driving record

•

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

•

Previous experience in a warehouse, delivery, or staging environment is a plus

•

Forklift experience is a plus (certification can be provided)

•

Punctual, team-oriented, and detail-focused

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
