Warehouse Laborer/Delivery DriverPrism Flow Products is currently looking for an Entry Level/Junior Warehouse Laborer/Delivery Driver to join our Edmonton Warehouse Team. Looking to get started in the workforce? Trying a new field? We are willing to train the right candidate to grow with our team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

•

Deliver and pick up materials in a timely manner around the city.

•

Help prepare orders for shipment or delivery.

•

Load, unload trucks.

•

Wrapping products, unloading and reloading crates

•

Maintain a safe and sanitary warehouse and perform various housekeeping duties.

•

Maintain yard upkeep (shoveling, lawn mowing etc.)

•

Ensure safety of shop vehicles by performing pre-trip inspections and regular maintenance/check-ups.

•

Complete required paperwork in an accurate, efficient and practical manner

•

Organize proper documentation. Truck manifest: signoffs for pick-ups & drop-offs

•

Demonstrate and promote a safe work environment for all employees, customers, vendors and others, using company safety policies and procedures.

•

Provide excellent customer/vendor service.

•

Assist shipping & receiving department in general.

•

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

•

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and acceptable Driver’s Abstract (Non GDL preferred but can be discussed)

•

Forklift experience (reach truck and sit-down, considered an asset)

•

Previous warehouse and customer service experience (considered an asset)

•

Is well organized and energetic.

•

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

•

Comfortable manually lifting to 50 lbs.

•

Knowledge of the layout of the city and previous delivery (considered an asset)
