The Warehouse Worker plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Armstrong International's warehouse by handling the storage and distribution of materials and products. This individual will maintain inventory accuracy, ensure timely order fulfillment, and contribute to a safe and organized working environment.
- Store materials in designated areas according to organizational standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or tools to track inventory.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Participate in safety training and inspections as required.
- Willingness to learn or train in the position.
- Must have the physical and mental stamina to stand, walk, lift, and adjust to the noise and
lighting of the manufacturing environment.
- Other duties as assigned and not limited to just the above.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs as required.
