Driver Manager/Dispatch

Wayne’s Trucking Inc. is looking to hire a hard-working individual to manage the daily operations of our drivers. Responsibilities include dispatching equipment that is necessary for the customer’s jobs, scheduling drivers, and reviewing invoices. The candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple people.

Driver Manager/Dispatch Responsibilities:

Liaising with customers and drivers to ensure accurate equipment is supplied for the job requested

Dispatching drivers in a timely and efficient manner; adjusting for time constraints

Act as the main contact between the office and the field, customers, and drivers

Managing the work schedules and timecards for all field staff

Investigating and resolving customer complaints

Ensuring that safety policies are strictly adhered to

Driver Manager/Dispatch Requirements:

Active/Valid CDL – A CDL is preferred but not required

High School diploma or GED

Ability to pass a background check and a drug and alcohol test.

2-3 years oil field experience (Hot Oil experience preferred but not required)

Proficiency in MS Office, Email, Smart Phone, Tablet

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Driver Manager/Dispatch Benefits:

Starting pay will be determined by experience
