Responsibilities

•Utilize Salesforce software for tracking sales activities, managing customer information, and reporting on performance metrics.
•Engage in technical sales discussions to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
•Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
•Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up with clients post-sale.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
•Participate in telemarketing efforts to reach out to potential clients and generate leads.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or business development role.
•Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
•Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
•Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
•Ability to understand technical concepts related to our products and services.

•Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is an advantage.
