We’re looking for outgoing, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our Event & Door-to-Door Marketing Team. Whether you’re talking to homeowners in top neighborhoods or representing us at high-visibility events (like past partnerships with the Baltimore Orioles), you'll be the face of Capital Remodeling.

No experience? No problem. If you’ve got the right energy and a solid work ethic, we’ll give you the tools and support to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

Event And Field Marketing:

Represent Capital Remodeling at local expos, community events, and major venues

Engage with homeowners in a fun, relaxed setting

Set appointments and generate high-quality leads for our design team

Door-to-Door Outreach:

Visit residential neighborhoods to introduce our remodeling services

Start genuine conversations, build trust, and book consultations

Earn extra commission by generating leads during weekdays

Team Collaboration & Growth:

Join a close-knit team that’s focused on learning and improving together
