Responsibilities

- Conduct canvassing activities in assigned neighborhoods, ensuring comprehensive coverage and respectful interactions.

- Collect feedback from community members to inform future outreach strategies and improve service delivery.

- Build rapport with residents, answer questions clearly, and address concerns with confidence and courtesy.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions, including contact information and feedback received.

- Collaborate with team members to meet outreach goals and share best practices for community engagement.

Experience

- Prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or canvassing is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a proactive attitude.

- Supervising experience is a plus, especially in team leadership or training roles.

- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse communities effectively.

- Strong communication skills are essential for engaging conversations and persuasive presentations.

- Experience in telemarketing or fundraising can be advantageous for understanding outreach dynamics.

- Demonstrated ability to negotiate politely and professionally during interactions with residents.

Pay: $10,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
