Dock & Showroom Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Dock & Showroom Associate to join our team. This role combines hands-on work at our propane filling station with customer service and sales in our showroom. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with customers, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Dock Duties:

- Safely fill propane tanks for customers following all safety protocols.

- Inspect tanks for compliance and ensure proper handling.

- Maintain a clean and organized dock area.

Showroom Duties:

- Greet customers and assist with product selection.

- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.

- Promote and sell propane-related products and accessories.

- Keep the showroom neat, stocked, and visually appealing.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to lift and move propane tanks (up to 50 lbs).

- Basic math skills for handling transactions.

- Willingness to learn propane safety procedures (training provided).

- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
