Division Order Analyst (Contract – Initial On-site Phase, Potential for Hybrid)

We are seeking a seasoned Division Order Analyst
to support one of our operator clients on a contract basis. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a project-focused, results-driven environment.
Initial On-site Requirement:
The client requests that the contractor
work on-site at their North Oklahoma City office (M–F, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) for the first 4–6 weeksto ensure proper onboarding, collaboration, and knowledge transfer.
After this initial phase,
a hybrid or remote schedule may be considered, based on project progress and client discretion.
This is a
1099 contractrole requiring approximately
40 hours per week, with flexible execution of deliverables once the initial on-site phase concludes.
- Analyze and interpret title documents, leases, and drilling plats
- Calculate and verify GWI, NRI, and GNRI with high accuracy
- Communicate findings clearly to royalty owners and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with client teams to meet project milestones- 5+ years of Division Order Analyst experience
with a strong background supporting operators
- Advanced knowledge of lease interpretation and mineral interest calculations
- Ability to work independently and deliver quality work with minimal oversight
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Competitive pay based on deliverables and project scope
This is a
1099 independent contractorposition and not an employment relationship with Energy Point Consulting LLC. Contractors are responsible for managing how and when they complete their work, outside of any mutually agreed collaboration periods. While the initial on-site presence is client-driven and limited in duration (approximately 4–6 weeks), the overall nature of the engagement aligns with independent contractor guidelines. No benefits are provided.
