Detroit, MI / Cleveland, OH / Cincinnati, OH / Rochester, NY

The District Sales Manager Retail ( D SM) is responsible for overseeing all retail sales in assigned market, growing top line sales, and providing the leadership and management for their market . Specifically, the D SM leads and manages the following functions within their market: retail sales and customer service.

Retail Sales Management

Education

Bachelor’s degree or requisite experience preferred

Skills And Experience

Ability to travel the district market area, up to 45% travel with overnights

Proven experience in successful business-to-consumer sales (and sales management) in large ticket products

Hands-on computer skills in Microsoft Office and Internet applications required ; experience in utilizing Customer Relations Management (CRM) software – including Oracle, JDE, Onyx, Salesforce.com, Goldmine or similar systems is required .

Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, including customers, business partners, suppliers, co-workers, managers, and the general public .

Ability to solve complex business problems using sound logic and good judgment.

Ability to read, write and understand instructions given orally, in writing and in diagram form.

Ability to prepare written correspondence and reports which create a professional image for Tuff Shed .
