Responsibilities
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for:
•Qualifying calibration leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
•Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce
•Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails.
•Presenting Ellab calibration services to potential clients.
•Identifying client calibration needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
•Building long-term trusting relationships with clients.
•Proactively seeking new calibration business opportunities in the market.
•Setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients.
•Staying up-to-date with new calibration services and new pricing/payment plans.
•Developing and referring CQV, Capital Projects, Validation Equipment and Monitoring leads and opportunities to other regional sales team members
•Supporting Regional Sales Director, VP of Sales and BD, and the President in local, regional and National campaigns as directed.
•Attending local and regional networking and trade organization events approved by management. ie: ISPE, PDA, LifeScience, BuildsBIO, Biotech, etc.
Requirements
•Previous experience in calibration sales; experience in an ISO and/or FDA regulated industry required
•Previous hands-on calibration experience preferred
•Understanding of sales performance metrics
•Strong communication skills
•Computer literacy, including proficiency with word processing and CRM/ERP/ CCMS/ CMMS applications
•Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
•Must have a valid Driverโs license
•Must have reliable transportation
•Must be able to pass a background check
•No drug related offenses,
•Must be able to pass a drug screening
•No restrictive covenants
