Contexte et environnement About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated
Industry Sales Managerto join our team. In this remote role, you will manage and develop a sales territory generating $2–$4 million in annual revenue. You will report to the US Industry Manager and work closely with customers, distributors, technical services, and internal teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Activités Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of industrial sales experience with a proven track record in sales and business development.
- Experience in industrial lubricant sales and/or lubricant certification is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and self-motivation skills.
- Must reside in one of the following states: TX, LA, NM, OK, MS, AR, or CO.
- Manage existing customers and develop new business to meet sales and profitability objectives.
- Analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions, positioning our company as a trusted business partner.
- Develop and execute business development strategies for your assigned territory, including both direct and distributor channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospective customers.
- Achieve territory sales growth and profitability targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and business activities using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with internal departments and other District Managers to ensure overall industrial growth.
- Attend industry events and trade shows as needed (occasional weekend travel required).
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure business results.
