Dispatcher for Trucking Company Job at Terroco Industries Ltd. – Red Deer, AB

This position requires working weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.

Ideal Candidate must have:

- Minimum 2 years dispatching experience in an oilfield trucking environment.

- Excellent communication and planning skills

- Strong organizational and problem solving skills.

- A positive attitude and be ability to work independently.

- Experience in the oilfield trucking industry a requirement

- Punctual and reliable

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to multitask

Duties:

- Taking customer calls and job details

- Provide informed directions and specific instructions for drivers deliveries

- Monitoring driver’s working hours and equipment availability

- Provide continuous monitoring of all drivers en route

- Ensure hours of service are compliant

- Ensure that all jobs are billed out

- Maintain professional relationships with customers via phone and email

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $54,000.00-$66,000.00 per year

- oilfield dispatching: 1 year (required)
