Dispatcher

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Dispatcher to join our Service team. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching our service technicians.

- Schedule assigned technicians with planned maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.

- Consult with Field Service Managers on all troubleshoot calls.

- Document accurate information in software system.

- Schedule according to best geographical location and technician certification.

- Support technicians for parts and tools for assigned work.

- Ensure scheduling goals are met.

- Respond to customer inquiries.

- Participate with “ON-CALL” for weekly Dispatch coverage.

- Maintains professional appearance.

- Assist in other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus

- Proven experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry

- Knowledge of transportation systems, dispatch software, and GPS tracking systems is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions

- Proficient in using computer systems and software
