Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative - Phone Operator

Exterior Associates, Inc. is a family owned and operated business that specializes in residential construction.

The ideal candidate will be punctual, responsible, be able to work independently, and have customer service experience. Experience within the construction field is preferred, but not required, as training will be provided. Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check are a must.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

- Scheduling installations/jobs throughout the state

- Providing excellent customer service over the phone to clients

- Inputting accurate data in relation to jobsite measurements/information

- Ability to independently problem solve scheduling issues

This is an extremely fast pace environment and we are looking for the same from our candidates. There is no flexibility on the work hours: they will be Mon-Fri 7-4. Please do not apply if you can not meet that requirement.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
