Summary of Position
The Dispatch Clerk plays a vital role in supporting employee onboarding, job site access, and compliance processes. This position is responsible for issuing facility and office badges, managing uniform orders, assisting with payroll documentation, and coordinating onboarding activities such as scheduling safety training and drug tests. The Dispatch Clerk ensures all per diem documentation is submitted, verifies compliance with job and plant-specific requirements, and dispatches employees to job assignments while communicating essential job details. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and a keen understanding of regulatory and compliance needs.
Essential Job Requirements:
•Issue client facility badges to our employees needing to enter their facility
•Create and issue badges for all office employees
•Order uniforms for all new employees and as requested
•Submit payroll deduct forms to payroll department
•Asist the processing team with tasks required to on-site an employee
•Conduct onboarding procedures for new employees including Scheduling safety classes and drug tests
•Request and upload all required per diem documents
•Ensures all employees meet current job/plant requirements
•Dispatch employees on to job numbers
•Communicates job details to employees
•Submit all Pre arrivals and site badge request
•Other related duties as assigned
Required Education
•High school diploma required;
•Some College and/or Training preferred.
Experience
•Safety Council experience preferred
•Working knowledge of DISA application processes
Required Skills
•Must have the ability to work in a high volume and fast pace work environment.
•Must be organized, analytical and have a sense of urgency for time sensitive delivery.
•Ability to understand and operate in an environment with regulatory/compliance requirements.
•Must have strong teamwork skills and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Requirements
•Some overtime may be required during peak times
•On-call rotation schedule: Be available after hours via cell or email for urgent matters
•Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
•Must be able to lift more than 15 pounds.
•Use repetitive hand motions.
•Prolonged use of the computer.
•Steady phone interactions.

•Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Viewpoint and SharePoint).
•Computer, telephone, copier, scanner, and printer.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Working Conditions
This position operates in an office environment.
Pay Range: $18-20 an hour
