Position Title: Director of Quality

Location: Greensburg, LA or Amite, LA (with regular travel between company sites)

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

Southland Steel Fabricators is seeking an experienced and credentialed Director of Quality to lead and unify quality initiatives across all divisions, including Grid Structures, Southland Industrial Coatings, and SolarPile USA. This individual will be responsible for driving a culture of quality, maintaining and advancing the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), and ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

The Director of Quality must be a Certified Weld Instructor to AWS D1.1 and hold a current UT Level II certification (Level III preferred). This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for setting the tone and structure for quality excellence company-wide.
