Our client is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead the strategic positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for the company’s product portfolio. This role is responsible for translating product capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate with target audiences, enable Sales, and accelerate revenue growth.
The Director of Product Marketing will serve as the critical bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership—ensuring that product strategy is effectively brought to market with clarity, differentiation, and impact.

- Own and refine product positioning, messaging, and narrative to clearly communicate differentiation and customer value.
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product launches, feature releases, and market expansions.
- Partner closely with Product Management to influence roadmap decisions through market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
- Develop buyer personas, target segments, and use-case frameworks to guide marketing and sales strategies.
- Enable Sales with high-impact collateral, pitch decks, battle cards, and training that improve conversion rates.
- Drive competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions and strengthen positioning.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation and Brand teams to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns and channels.
- Establish pricing and packaging strategies in partnership with Product, Finance, and Revenue leadership.
- Define and track product marketing KPIs, including adoption, win rates, pipeline influence, and launch performance.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product marketing team.
- Act as a product evangelist through thought leadership, events, webinars, and executive presentations.
- Operates in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with evolving product and market dynamics.
- Works cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
- Balances long-term category positioning with near-term revenue and adoption goals.
- Oversees multiple launches and strategic initiatives while maintaining execution excellence.
- Typically functions within a remote-first or hybrid workplace using modern collaboration and analytics tools.
- Proven experience leading product marketing strategy in high-growth organizations.
- Deep expertise in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
- Strong understanding of SaaS or technology buying cycles and customer decision frameworks.
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex products.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring launch impact and market performance.
