Description

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic

to oversee treasury operations, financial planning, and key financial controls across all operating companies. This role will manage cash flow, credit facilities, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, while also supporting month-end financial close and audit processes. The Director will collaborate closely with the Leadership Team, CFO, Operations, and Business Development to align financial strategy with business goals and ensure effective decision-making across the organization.

- Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and short- and long-term cash flow planning

- Support and manage banking relationships and credit facilities

- Develop, document, and enforce treasury-related policies and internal financial controls

- Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning across the business

- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and prepare actionable reports for the leadership team

- Build and maintain dynamic financial models for strategic initiatives and planning

- Partner with the Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely month-end financial close

- Assist with external audit preparation and regulatory compliance

- Monitor and ensure compliance with debt covenants and financial agreements

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

- 3–5 years of relevant finance, treasury, or accounting experience

- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced Excel preferred)

- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and multitasking ability

- Experience managing general ledger and accounting workflows

- Ability to develop and deliver management-level reporting and insights

- Comfort working hands-on with transactional data and reporting deadlines
