Position Summary

The Director of Commercial Flooring will lead and oversee all aspects of the company’s commercial flooring division, including business development, estimating, project execution, team leadership, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and grow the commercial flooring division

- Develop and execute strategic growth plans

- Drive new business and maintain key client relationships

- Oversee estimating, project management, and field operations

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

- Own division P&L, budgeting, and forecasting

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university (required)

- 7–10+ years of commercial flooring experience with leadership responsibility

- Strong understanding of commercial flooring products and installation methods

- Proven success in business development and operations management

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

Preferred Experience

- Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field

- Experience with large-scale commercial projects

- Familiarity with estimating and project management software

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
