10+ years of proven business development and marketing experience preferably in power industry (electrical utility industry
and/or Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)). Familiarity in the emerging Hydrogen market is an asset. Strong
expertise in identifying profitable business opportunities and building client relationships in North America and
internationally. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Senior-level leadership and management experience within large, complex environments: exemplary track record of
leadership and emotional intelligence, with the ability to effectively lead, motivate, and manage a team of marketing and
Market Analysis and Negotiation Skills: Bold strategic thinking with sharp business acumen and entrepreneurial experience
that will support your success in developing and implementing long-term growth strategies. Expertise in negotiating and
closing business deals, managing proposals, and analyzing market trends, competitors and customer behaviour. Effective
communication skills with the ability to engage internal/ external customers and stakeholders on a wide variety of strategic
