This role will provide strategic leadership and oversight of X-energy's IT project management function in the IT-PMO, IT Governance, and IT Quality team. The Director will ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of the company's IT project portfolio while maintaining alignment with established governance frameworks and quality standards. Leading a team of IT Project Managers, this position establishes project management methodologies and governance frameworks that align project initiatives with X-energy's strategic objectives. This role serves as the primary interface between IT leadership, business stakeholders, and the PMO and Quality organization to drive operational excellence, resource optimization, and successful project outcomes.
