What we are looking for

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Internal Audit (SOX) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the internal audit function and ensuring the organization's compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:* Develop and execute the SOX compliance plan, ensuring efficient and timely execution of all stages of the SOX program including the IT function

Required Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other finance-related field with 15+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:* NetSuite, Salesforce, and Workiva experience a plus

Salary Range

$162,480.00 - $243,720.00
