Director, Innovation Technology & Projects

Location: Richmond, BC/ Calgary, AB - The successful candidate can be based in either our Richmond, BC or Calgary, AB office. Occasional travel between sites may be required. Department: Leadership team Reports To: CEO and Executive Leadership Team

Salary: The base salary range for this position is CAD $150,000 – $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and fit with the role.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic leader to serve as the Director, Innovation Technology and Projects at Cryopeak Energy Solutions. This role requires a unique combination of commercial, project management experience, and technical expertise to lead our Innovation, Technology and projects division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary technical and operational teams, defining strategic visions, and executing clear and measurable action plans to achieve corporate objectives.
