Director - Corporate Development

Azuria Water Solutions is looking for a Director – Corporate Development.

Azuria is a leading worldwide provider of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and other technologies and services for the rehabilitation of pipeline systems. Azuria‘s businesses consist of sewer, drinking water, and energy and mining pipeline rehabilitation and protection. Reporting directly to the SVP, Corporate Development, will work with the regional leadership to execute acquisition growth strategies for Azuria.

Responsibilities:

- Lead all sourcing, due diligence, and execution of acquisition activity.

- Serve as primary interface for the Company with acquisition candidates and business owners.

- Coordinate with financial sponsor and external buy-side advisors.

- Manage third-party advisors (legal, accounting, environmental, etc.) in the due diligence process.

- Coordinating post-acquisition integration with Operations, IT, HR, and Finance & Accounting teams.

- Special projects duties as required.

- This position requires someone who “makes things happen” with only minimal guidance.

Qualifications:

- 7-10+ years of experience in a corporate development, consulting, strategic planning, or financial planning role required.

- Ideally, the candidate will have an MBA and will have strengths in the areas of finance, accounting, valuation, and financial modeling.

- Experience in evaluating and executing acquisitions, ideally with revenue in the $10M to $50M range
