Dimensional Inspector

Job Summary

Need to have the ability to read and understand technical diagrams/ drawings and inspect manufactured pieces to the diagram

Need the ability to determine what tool is needed to measure and inspect the dimensions of the pieces to compare to the specs on the diagram, familiarization with digital and dial calipers, ring and pit gauges and other dimensional inspection tools.

Need experience with measuring the physical dimensions of a part or product to ensure it conforms to specified tolerances outlined during the design phase. This involves measuring parameters such as length, width, height, and angles to verify that products meet the specifications outlined in design plans.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
