Inspector/Locator I

The Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inspector/Locator I. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, monitoring, and documenting new construction and excavation activities related to District pipelines and infrastructure. You will also handle Blue Stakes requests for line locations and ensure the integrity of District easements and rights-of-way.

This full-time position offers a flexible work schedule, with 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days, between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. Additionally, you will participate in a 24-hour emergency stand-by rotation, with on-call duties one week every 5 to 6 weeks, including occasional overtime, after-hours, holiday, and weekend work.
