You’ll be part of our team specialized in industrial building mechanical systems. You’ll work with world-class experts and be exposed to a variety of situations to develop your technical skills in ventilation, heating, air conditioning, pumping, plumbing and piping, fire protection, compressed air, dust collection and energy recovery for various industrial applications.
Your role as an HVAC technician will be to participate in engineering, in selecting technology and in executing projects in the mining, energy and heavy industry sectors.

- Participate in project conceptual studies
- Help write technical reports
- Actively participate in computer-assisted design of 2D and 3D plans and in drafting details and specifications based on guidelines from a senior engineer or technician
- Perform design calculations
- Prepare material lists and bills of materials in accordance with codes, standards, drawings and other established procedures while applying BBA’s quality system requirements
- Perform technical information surveys
- Monitor contractors on site
- Help commission and troubleshoot systems

- College diploma in building engineering technology
- Available for short-term work assignments outside the office
- Excellent knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- Asset: bilingual (English and French)
- Asset: relevant experience in project management, cost estimates, writing technical reports and troubleshooting
- Asset: knowledge of SmartPlant and CADWorx applications
