Summary

Management of all customer invoice corrections, root cause analysis of customer deductions and data entry into JD Edwards.


Essential Job Functions include, but are not limited to the following:

(Management reserves the right to add or modify the duties and responsibilities at any time.)

- Processing of credit/debit requests within established timeframes

- The research and resolution of deductions within established timeframes

- Maintain and manage Deduction Module as a single source of invoice defect tracking

- Assist in the preparation of monthly defect reporting

- Creating and processing of adjustment batches to clear invoice defects from A/R

- Provide defect documentation to functional personnel within CMP-NA as requested

- Other duties as requested by management

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Perform other related duties as required.



Minimum Required Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.



Education and/or Experience

- 1 to 2 years deduction/chargeback experience.

- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

- PC proficient and advance skills in Microsoft Offices

- Experience with Oracle/JD Edwards (Enterprise-One) financial system

- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
