Ideal candidates have 1 Yr Min. experience as a Deburring Specialist

The Deburring position is essential for maintaining the quality and precision of our machined parts. This role involves the removal of burrs and sharp edges from metal components, ensuring they meet the required specifications for further processing or assembly. Duties

- Operate deburring equipment and hand tools to remove burrs and sharp edges from machined parts.

- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications.

- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.

- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

- Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Skills

- Familiarity with packaging processes related to machined parts.

- Strong background in factory settings, particularly in machining environments.

- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
